Beautiful documentation for your Salesforce Flows

FlowScribe connects to your org, reads every Flow, and turns them into clear, plain-English docs your team and clients can actually understand.

Early access opening soon. No spam, ever.

You inherited an org. Now what?

Every Salesforce admin and consultant has been here. Hundreds of Flows, half with no description, all critical to the business, none documented.

"What does this Flow do?"

You click through 40 elements trying to figure out what a record-triggered Flow actually does. The description field is blank.

"Is it safe to change?"

Nobody knows what depends on it. Modifying the wrong Flow could break finance, marketing, or both. So you don't touch it.

"Where's the documentation?"

Auditors, new hires, and clients all ask. You spend hours screenshotting Flow Builder into Word documents. Then it goes stale in a week.

Technical debt was the #1 challenge in the 2025 Salesforce admin survey. There's a reason — and a better way.

Common questions

How does FlowScribe access my Salesforce org?

Through standard Salesforce OAuth. You log in to your org, approve read-only access, and FlowScribe pulls Flow metadata via the Tooling API. We never see your passwords, and we only request the minimum scopes needed (read metadata, no data access).

Is my data secure?

Yes. We store an encrypted OAuth refresh token so we can re-read your Flows when you ask us to. We never store your actual record data, never share anything with third parties, and you can revoke access from your Salesforce setup at any time.

Does it work with sandbox orgs?

Yes, sandbox and production are both supported. Many consultants use FlowScribe in sandboxes during client engagements.

Will this work with managed packages?

Flows from managed packages are read-only in Salesforce, but FlowScribe can still document them so you understand what they do. You just cannot edit them.

Is FlowScribe on the AppExchange?

No, and intentionally so. FlowScribe is a web app that connects to your org via OAuth. This means no installation, no managed package, no version upgrades to manage, and a much lower price.

When will it launch?

Early access opens in the coming weeks for waitlist members. Public launch shortly after. Sign up to be first in.
